BLUNDSTONE

Blundstone, renowned worldwide for its Chelsea boots with side elastics, offers a wide selection of lace-up, heeled, summer boots, and children's boots. The most well-known lines, Originals and Classics, include waterproof leather boots, an ergonomic flexible toe, and XRD® technology in the heel, which provides shock absorption. Those who prefer lace-up models will love the Lace-Up line of boots with laces, in premium water-resistant leather. The Dress series, on the other hand, offers a more tapered silhouette with elegant details and carved tips. For those who want a more feminine fit, the Women's series includes the heel versions, always offering maximum comfort combined with a refined style. The Active series is dedicated to the warmer months with lightweight and breathable boots, using Featherflex technology to give you maximum support with every step.

Blundstone's history begins in 1853, when the ship Corramandel set sail from England for Melbourne. Among the passengers were also the two brothers James and Thomas Cuthberson. The two suffered from a terrible seasickness and upon arrival in Hobart Town they vowed never to leave the mainland again. Using the knowledge he had acquired at home in the footwear sector, James opened a shoe store. At the same time, John and Eliza Blundstone founded John Blundstone and Son. A few years later, these two small businesses merged to give rise to what we know today as Blundstone. Soon after, Blundstone boots became a world icon, loved especially for their minimal design, a symbol of simplicity, comfort, and reliability.

The Blundstone #500, one of the most iconic models of the Australian brand, was born in the 1960s, taking inspiration from the Chelsea Boots typical of London and adding a touch of Australian character thanks to the two side tabs, particularly useful to facilitate putting them on. In the years to come, the model was continuously improved, increasing the performance of all its components more and more, without ever changing its design. Born as a shoe for farmers and factory workers, the Blundstone #500 have over time become an icon loved by everyone: from farmers and craftsmen to adventurers and travelers, to lovers of casual and urban style.
