WP CLUB CARD REGULATIONS

The WP Club Card initiative (hereinafter, for brevity, the “Initiative”) has been created exclusively for customers of WP Lavori in corso S.r.l. (hereinafter “WP”) enrolled in the WP Club loyalty program (hereinafter, the “Customer”). The Initiative is excluded from the scope of prize operations as provided for by Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter c-bis of Presidential Decree of October 26, 2001, no. 430 (as supplemented by Art. 22 bis of Law no. 116/2014, converting Decree Law no. 91/2014).

1. Participation in the Initiative is free of charge, strictly personal, and non-transferable and/or non-assignable to third parties, neither by inter vivos act nor by succession in the event of the Customer’s death. The Initiative is reserved for natural persons over the age of 18 and resident in Italy.

2. The Initiative provides for the allocation of cumulative points (hereinafter “Point” or “Points”) on purchases made at WP retail stores located in Italy and listed in Annex A of these Regulations (hereinafter, the “Store(s)”) during the period between 08.04.2024 and 31.03.2026, as follows:

  • for every €1 spent on products at full price, 1 Point will be awarded;

  • for every €1 spent on products at discounted price, regardless of the discount applied, 0.5 Point will be awarded.

3. Points entitle the Customer to request a shopping voucher once the thresholds indicated below are reached (hereinafter the “Voucher”), to be used at the same time as the purchase of new products (without any limitations) in the Stores following the purchase that generated the Points:

  • upon reaching 600 Points, the Customer will be entitled to a Voucher worth €50.00;

  • upon reaching 900 Points, the Customer will be entitled to a Voucher worth €80.00;

  • upon reaching 1,200 Points, the Customer will be entitled to a Voucher worth €110.00;

  • upon reaching 1,800 Points, the Customer will be entitled to a Voucher worth €170.00.

4. Vouchers may be accumulated at any of the Stores listed in Annex A no later than 03.2026 and may be used until 31.03.2026. Vouchers are not convertible into cash. After 31.03.2026, any Points will be reset and can no longer be used.

5. Points may be assigned by providing Store staff with the Customer’s unique code used to join the WP Club loyalty program and will be credited at the time of closing the receipt. Points collected will be automatically canceled once redeemed.

6. In the event of returned products, Points will be recalculated based on the value of the returned products.

7. WP reserves the right to cancel Points if any use not in accordance with these Regulations is detected.

8. Participation in the Initiative implies acceptance of the conditions set out in these Regulations, the updated version of which will always be available at the Stores listed in Annex A and on wpstore.it.

9. WP reserves the right, at any time, to modify the General Conditions of the Initiative and will inform the Customer of any changes in the manner it deems most appropriate (for example: by e-mail, on wpstore.it, at the Stores listed…). The applicable version of the General Conditions of the Initiative in force, and therefore binding on the Customer, is the one available on wpstore.it and at the Stores listed. WP invites the Customer to periodically check wpstore.it for the latest version of the General Conditions of the Program. All amended versions of the General Conditions of the Initiative apply as of their publication on wpstore.it.

WP may suspend or terminate the Initiative, temporarily or permanently, for any reason at its sole discretion. Suspension or termination shall be effective from the date of its publication on wpstore.it. The Customer will be informed of any suspension or termination of the Initiative by e-mail. Suspension or termination of the Initiative shall not give rise to any form of compensation for the Customer. WP reserves the right not to contact Customers who are inactive within the Initiative (meaning those who have made no purchases since 08.04.2024) to inform them of its developments.

WP is exempt from any liability, or any direct or indirect consequences, due to any malfunctions of the Initiative. However, WP will make every reasonable effort to safeguard accumulated Points in the event of a malfunction.
