WP CLUB CARD RULES

The WP Club Card initiative (hereinafter referred to as the “Initiative”) has been created exclusively for WP Lavori in corso S.r.l. (hereinafter “WP”) customers registered in the WP Club loyalty programme (hereinafter the “Customer”). The Initiative is excluded from the scope of prize operations as provided for by art. 6, paragraph 1 letter c-bis of Presidential Decree No. 430 of 26 October 2001 (as supplemented by art. 22 bis of Law No. 116/2014, converting Decree Law No. 91/2014).

  1. Membership of the Initiative is free of charge, strictly personal and non-transferable and/or transferable to third parties, either by deed between living persons or by succession in the event of the Customer's death. The Initiative is reserved for natural persons over the age of 18 and resident in Italy.
  2. The Initiative provides for the award of cumulative points (hereinafter referred to as “Point” or “Points”) on purchases made from 08.04.2024 and 31.03.2026 at the WP chain’s points of sale in Italy, listed in Appendix A of these Rules and referred to hereinafter as the “Store(s)”. The Points are awarded as follows:
  • 1 Point will be awarded for every €1 worth of products purchased at a non-discounted price;
  • 5 Points will be awarded for every €1 worth of products purchase at a discounted price, regardless of the discount.
  1. The Points will entitle the Customer to claim a shopping voucher, upon reaching the thresholds indicated below (hereinafter the “Voucher”), to be used in conjunction with the purchase of new products (without limitation) in the Stores, subsequent to the spending that generated the Points:
  • upon reaching 600 Points, the customer will be entitled to a €50 Voucher;
  • upon reaching 900 Points, the Customer will be entitled to a €80 Voucher;
  • upon reaching 1,200 points, the customer will be entitled to a €110 voucher;
  • upon reaching 1,800 Points, the Customer will be entitled to a €170 Voucher.
  1. Vouchers may be redeemed at any of the Stores listed in Appendix A no later than 31.03.2026. Vouchers are not convertible into cash. After the 31.03.2026 deadline, Points will be cancelled and can no longer be used.
  2. Points are awarded by showing Store staff the unique Customer code assigned when the Customer joined the WP Club loyalty programme, and will be credited when the receipt is produced. Points collected will be cancelled automatically once they have been used.
  3. In the event of returned purchased products, the Points will be recalculated according to the amount of the returned products.
  4. WP reserves the right to annul the Points if they are found to be not used in accordance with these regulations.
  5. Participation in the Initiative implies acceptance of the conditions set out in these Rules, an updated version of which will always be available at the Points of Sale listed in Annex A and on wpstore.it.
  6. WP reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions of the Initiative at any time and will inform the Customer of any changes in the manner it deems most appropriate (for example: by email, on wpstore.it, at the listed Points of Sale...). The current applicable version of the General Terms and Conditions of the Initiative, which is therefore applicable to the Customer, is the one available on wpstore.it. and at the listed Points of Sale. WP recommends that Customers periodically check wpstore.co.uk for the latest version of the General Terms and Conditions of the Programme. All amended versions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Initiative are applicable as of their publication on the wpstore.co.uk website.

WP may suspend or terminate, temporarily or permanently, the Initiative for any reason at its sole discretion. The suspension or termination shall take effect from the date of its publication on the wpstore.co.uk website. Customers will receive email notification of any suspension or discontinuation of the Initiative.
Suspension or termination of the Initiative shall not entitle the Customer to any kind of compensation.
WP reserves the right not to contact Customers who are not active within the scope of the Initiative (we refer here to all Customers who have not made any purchase after 08.04.2024), in order to inform them about its developments.

WP is exonerated from all liability and any consequences, direct or indirect, due to any malfunction of the Initiative. However, WP will make every reasonable effort to safeguard the accumulated Points in the event of a malfunction.
