Shipping is currently free of charge.

WP Store guarantees delivery within 48-72 hours for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 16:30 with destination in Italy, 5 working days for other destinations.

Update: UK orders are now Tax & Duties included! You will not be asked to pay additional taxes and fees at delivery anymore. We have also managed to remove any minimum order threshold, so you can shop freely on our website now.

All International orders to other Extra-EU countries are instead tax excluded. Taxes & Custom Duties will be collected by DHL by email (pay-by-link) or at delivery, depending on the country local regulations.

Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and are provided by DHL Express.

All orders shipped with DHL Express are processed automatically. It is possible for the customer to independently customize the delivery date and time with the "On-Demand Delivery" service, before the first delivery attempt is made. You can customize the delivery by clicking on the proper link within the DHL courier email. This service is provided free of charge by WP.
